meditator, this challenge is set up to help you be more in the present moment during your work and beyond.

Why join the challenge?

Most of the time we are either in the past or the future, and hardly in the present.

As humans we are so busy with planning, thinking, worrying, visualizing, regretting that we spend most of our time in either the past or the future. However the present is where you live is happening. And the present is where you can influence your life and make changes.
As a professional you have a lot on your plate and that often pulls you away from what is happening right now. Increasing your awareness of the present will help you - in your personal life ànd in your work life.

I know how hard it can be to be in the present and how the mind wanders off. I have experienced myself how mindfulness can help control attention, become more aware of the present and improve my life in many ways. That's why I developed this challenge. Because I also like you to experience how it can improve your life. Whether you want to start practicing mindfulness or you just need to boost your current practice, this challenge is to help you become more aware of what is happening now.

During two weeks you will receive a mindfulness meditation by e-mail in the morning, so you can have a mindful start of the day and get the most out of this challenge. You will also receive a short reflection to practice mindfulness during your daily life.

Don't worry if you are not experienced, I will guide you through every step.

The only time is now!

You might have doubts. Maybe you think are too busy. Maybe you are tired. Maybe you think you can't do it . It that case just remember: The only time is now! This is a great time to start practicing mindfulness.
If you want it, you can make time for it.
If you want it, you can prioritize it.
Just focus on the small steps and do it. It is only two weeks for 10 minutes a day and you will be guided every day.

・You will receive your first mindfulness meditation on September 30th, early in the morning.

Do the challenge!

・You will receive your first mindfulness meditation on September 30th early in the morning so you can have a mindful start of the day.

・The meditation together with an assignment will be send to you by e-mail so make sure to check your e-mail.

・Everyday from September 30th until October 13 you will receive an e-mail early in the morning with a new meditation and a new assignment.

・Make sure you allocate time to do the practice to ensure the best experience.
