Did you know that emotional intelligence is the key to success in work? Next to me is THE researcher and expert on Emotional Intelligence. He explains that emotional intelligence (How well you manage yourself, can you work towards your goals despite obstacles, how well do you notice others?) varies enormous between people and that this is the difference between an average and an outstanding performance.
